Lefkada Pure Beauty.

The first video is a slide show of the most beautiful photos of Lefkada. Starting with Santa Mavra castle and followed by Lefkada's world famous beaches with huge white cliffs and unbelievable blue sea.

The video is accompanied by music of Evanthia Reboutsika: The railway station.

 

The next video is about the village of Egklouvi where they grow a unique quality of lentils. The way they harvest the lentils and the process of seperating them from the grass and sifting is an ancient tradition.

The following video shows us traditional costumes of the Ionian islands. Starting with Lefkada island photos and traditional island dress and than continues with Kefalonia, Zakynthos and Kythera island.

 

Lefkada is famous for its unique thermal winds that mostly occur in Vassiliki bay and the north west part, Milos beach / Agios Giannis beach. These are perfect weather conditions for sports like wind surfing, para gliding, sailing and kite surfing.

The last video is about one of the most exciting 'adrenaline' sports you can do in Lefkada kite boarding or kite surfing at Milos Beach.
