Description

Villa Paraskevi lies within a 1 km walk from the center of Nidri with a wide selection of tavernas and shops. There are many nice beaches where a range of watersports can be enjoyed at a 5 min walking distance.

The villa is build at the top of a piece of land of 12 acres and is surrounded by a garden full of flowers, shrubs and olive and cypress trees.

The villa consists of two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. The apartment on the first floor is used for families up to 6 persons. Families or groups of 11 people also have access to a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and open living - kitchen area that has its own separate entrance.

On the first floor we find 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with a king size bed.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities. It has a spacious living and dining room that easily accommodates up to 12 people. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, video player, CD/DVD player. A door leads to a terrace with a large swimming pool where you can enjoy stunning views of Nidri and the little islands on the east coast of Lefkada.

• If you like to rent villa Paraskevi in the period from October to May the price per week for up to 6 persons is 1400 euro and for up to 11 persons 2100 euro.
• At the time of booking the owner requests a deposit of 30%.
