There are three ways to book villas in Lefkada.

A package deal with a holiday company that includes flight, transfers, villa accommodation and of course the service of your holiday representative.
Villa booking only. Book the villa, flights and car with different companies. With a bit of searching online you can for the best deals this may be cheaper but more time consuming.
Book a villa direct with the owner. Some people are a bit cautious booking a villa direct with the owner. But on the other hand you cut out the middle man and will probably get it a lot cheaper.

Directions on how to get to the villa. Maybe he can send you a map of Lefkada.
Is the air-conditioning included in the price of the villa or do you have to pay this extra..
